Drinking Water Reservoir Project Completed

Apex has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of an 800kL water reservoir for the Capital & Coast District Health Board at their Kenepuru Hospital site.

The system is now in use and is designed to increase the resilience of the hospital following a major event.

Fresh water hospital reservior, drinking water where it's needed most.

The reservoir and booster pump station have been hydro tested and disinfected to the satisfaction of the Drinking Water Assessor before being put into service.

Site fencing and landscaping have also been completed, with the facility connected to the site Building Management System (BMS).

The system also features a seismic switch to automatically isolate the reservoir and prevent the loss of water in an earthquake.
