The current issue of Wine Technology magazine features an article detailing the recent installation of a revolutionary new wastewater system by Apex Environmental.

The article discusses the impetus behind the installation of a membrane bioreactor (MBR) wastewater treatment system at Mt. Difficulty’s winery in Cromwell, Central Otago. The system treats wastewater from the winery and restaurant to a very high level, which brings the winery to the forefront of wastewater treatment in New Zealand.
