Triton Underdrains are used in drinking water, tertiary filtration and industrial pre-treatment applications as an alternative to traditional filtration beds involving intermediate layers of materials between the filtration media and underdrains.
The system ensures optimum placement of the filtration media, collection of the filtered water, and distribution of air and water during backwash cycles. The Triton underdrain system is offered in stainless steel grades 304 and 316 as well as PVC.
