Design & Build Services
We specialise in the design and build of turnkey water and wastewater treatment plants for food and beverage and municipal clients, with each plant specifically designed to meet the client's unique requirements and drivers.
We utilise advanced software in our design processes, including Biowin for biological modelling and AutoCAD Plant 3D for fully-integrated P&IDs, layouts and equipment schedules.
Advisory Services
Our staff can assist in the optimisation and upgrade of existing treatment plants as well as the complete design of new plants. We frequently undertake pilot plant studies on client sites to prove treatment processes where unique processes or equipment are employed.
Our advice starts at the consenting stage and we can lead, or support, you in obtaining all required consents. We also act as expert witnesses at resource consent hearings.
Maintenance Services
We work with your site personnel to ensure your treatment plant is appropriately operated and maintained for ongoing performance. This includes specialist activities, such as the chemical clean of membrane bioreactors.
We use remote access systems to ensure we can support you in the operation of your plant from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
